Actively creating and maintaining the culture within the chapter based on Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors
Maintaining best-in-class chapter expertise and resources in order to deliver the right knowledge and skills to tribes and squads
Overseeing, providing feedback, and developing chapter members to help improve business knowledge and better serve the squads in which they work
Working with Learning Management System (LMS) by designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences using the Learning and Development (L&D) suite of authoring and software tools (Adobe Creative Cloud etc.)
Developing and building skills/capabilities within the Performance Consulting Chapter
Setting guidelines and standards for monitoring, tracking, controlling, and reporting on resource needs and their impact
Remaining current with the latest tools/platforms and influencing the implementation of best practices and key findings
Working collaboratively with Squad Leaders (Product Owners) and Scrum Masters to prepare and manage project plans for large-scale initiatives and complex projects
7 - 10 years of experience within a Human Resource function, including performance / business consulting, learning management / delivery or instructional design / program / project management
Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience in business, education or organizational development
Experience in development of learning solutions for both behaviors (leadership and management) and functional skills
Demonstrated expertise in consulting and client management skills
Experience leading and managing multiple large and/or complex projects simultaneously
Experience working in an Agile environment
User interface design skills and UX Design (user experience design)
